TFS 400 and TFS 500

The TFS 400 and TFS 500 models are part of the new range of ULMA thermoforming machines. A new concept of machine that has been conceived entirely, from the first piece, with the aim of exceeding the strictest hygiene and cleaning requirements, which the packaging of food products demands.
They offer solutions to a very wide range of packaging needs, being for their characteristics and level of investment, the ideal machines for packaging with a high level of finishing in medium productions or requiring numerous format changes.

- Easy and intuitive operation
- Multi-language support and all types of characters (Cyrillic, Arabic, Katakana ...).
- Program of control and visualization easily updatable (USB or Ethernet).
- Possibility of backing up a pendrive (USB).
- Access protection by password with 3 levels of authorization.
- Ethernet interface.
- Remote viewing system identical to that available on the operator panel at the machine's end.
- Indication of the current cadence. Cycle time optimization tools based on time monitoring in each of the stations.
